Joe Paladino is 57 years old. Joe graduated from Eastridge high school in Rochester, New York.

Joe started his athletic career in high school by playing football and as a member of the track & field team. Joe also was also a competitive gymnast.

Olympic lifting and powerlifting are what joe began to exel in at the beginning of his fitness career. Paladino then pursued bodybuilding because of his personal preference for the aesthetic results of bodybuilding as opposed to powerlifting.

Joe's early bodybuilding career had to be put on hold, while he served as a Combat Marine in Vietnam. When he returned stateside Joe competed against men from the Army, Navy, Air force and Marines to win the overall title at the Armed services bodybuilding Championship. Following his discharge Paladino resumed competing as a bodybuilder.

He went on to win titles in five different decades along with top five finishes in over 50 contests. Joe has competed in 3 different organizations; the AAU, NPC & NMA.
