ENTRY FEE: $68 (Non refundable, US Currency) All competitors must either have or purchase a NaturalMuscle membership card. $25 late fee after Oct 3rd.

MUSIC: CD’s only pre-que. Maximum of 90 Sec. for Bodybuilders – 2min Pros. Make sure that this is the only music on your CD and it is properly labeled. NO PROFANITY IN POSING MUSIC.

ATTIRE: Bodybuilders: Men - One piece-posing suit. Women - 2 piece (may be connected).
Men’s Physique Board shorts (shorts must be just above the knee in length and can be one inch below the belly button) no spandex. No writing or images are permitted on the board shorts exept for a manufacturer’s logo such as a Nike symbol or Billabong are acceptable.
Women's Physique Figure/Bikini - 2 piece bikini-style swimsuit (T-back bottom permitted but not mandatory). All bodybuilders may use reasonable props. Please call ahead for confirmation on usage. For Women's Physique, you will NOT use heals (bare foot) during pre-judging and night show.You will perfom a 90 sec routine to your own music at night.

DRUG TESTING: We use a computerized polygraphing drug test system. You must be 7 years drug free from the date of the show. For appointments call (716-553-4905) or jerry@naturalmuscle.com. All competitors must make an appointment to get tested. Please make appointments by Sept 27th. $45 cash to be paid at time of test. Random urine testing will also be used.

DRUG TESTING RULES AND POLICIES: All athletes must submit to a polygraph to ensure that they are within the 7-year time limit of Natural Muscle Association banned substances. If any athlete does not pass the test, they will be banned from the Natural Muscle Association and all of its contests. Competitors may be asked to submit a urine sample. Failure to do so will result in disqualification from the contest.

BANNED SUBSTANCES: All anabolic steroids - Growth hormone - Prescription diuretics - Depressant drugs, medications, narcotics or any substance which might be used for the purpose of passing a polygraph test - Muscle implants - Clenbuterol - All FDA banned substances used for bodybuilding purposes. WAIVER: By your accepting my application to the 2015 OLYMPUS Natural Bodybuilding, Physique, Figure & Bikini Championships, along with my non refundable entry fee, I hereby intend to be legally bound for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, and waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Natural Muscle Events LLC (Manager Jerome Marsala), Nichols School, NaturalMuscle, Lynn Prescott, Natural Muscle Association any and all sponsors, agents, representatives and assigns for any and all injuries and/or losses suffered by me as a result of my participation and/or attendance and traveling to the 2015 OLYMPUS Natural Bodybuilding, Physique, Figure & Bikini Championships, October 17th  2015.  These damages include, but are not limited to, published photographs that I may find to be unattractive or editorial which I may construe as being misrepresentative. I also grant NATURAL MUSCLE, NATURAL MUSCLE EVENTS LLC (manager Jerome and Marsala), Permission to use photos, videos or any likeness of myself to promote any future contests, videos, magazines or any other media involved with future and present contests for the purpose of promotion and/or sales of these media, without any compensation to myself, as condition of my entering the event.  I also agree, by my own free will and without duress, to take a polygraph test and submit a urine sample. I also agree to the outcome of the tests results from the polygraph examiner and urinalysis center.  I will abide by all Natural Muscle Association rules and show good sportsmanship.  By signing and submission of this form I am stating that I am at least 7 years Drug Free and will abide by the Natural Muscle Association drug test policies and procedures.

Here is how Cross Overs work:

Bikini can Cross Over in the Bikini category only. Bikini cannot cross over into Figure, Physique or Bodybuilding.

Figure can Cross Over in the Figure category and Physique. Figure cannot cross over into Bikini or Bodybuilding.

Womens Physique can Cross Over in the Figure category. Physique cannot cross over into Bikini or Bodybuilding.

Mens Bodybuilding can crossover within the Mens Bodybuilding category.

1st Time means you have never competed in any division ever. This is your very first time on a stage.

Master Pro cannot cross over.

Novice means you have never won a Novice division or placed top 3 in a Open division in any organization.
